Chris attended his court hearing yesterday, where the Judge decided to revoke his probation. It was originally reported by TMZ that it was because he went to San Jose without getting permission first, but as you all know, TMZ isn’t the most reputable source when it comes to Chris. A violation of probation could end up with Chris back in jail….but we are sure everything will work out.

Anyways, we are sure that Chris will be ok. His official hearing will be on March 20th. Check out photos from the appearance in our gallery!

Singer Chris Brown has reportedly been sentenced to 1,000 extra hours of community service after being accused of submitting bogus community service reports for the 1,440 hours he was originally asked to complete.

The 24-year-old was asked to complete the community service for beating ex-girlfriend, pop star Rihanna in 2009.

While Brown’s probation was revoked after he was accused of a hit-and-run last month, the judge reinstated it in court, here on the condition that Brown complies with his latest judgement, reports femalefirst.co.uk.

He was earlier allowed to undertake his previous sentence in his home state, Virginia, but this time he will have to complete all hours here under the supervision of County officials.

He can choose between highway clean-up, beach clean-up, probation alternative work services (PAWS), or graffiti removal.

The singer collapsed at Record Plant recording studios in Hollywood last week and suffered a non-epileptic seizure (NES).

“While in the studio working, Chris suffered a non-epileptic seizure. He was not taken to hospital,” said a source.

“His doctor attended to him and attributes the NES to intense fatigue and extreme emotional stress, both due to the continued onslaught of unfounded legal matters and the nonstop negativity,” the source added.

A misdemeanor hit-and-run charge against singer Chris Brown was dismissed Thursday.

A “civil compromise” was reached between the 24-year-old and a motorist who was allegedly rear-ended by Brown in a Mercedes on May 21 near Toluca Lake, officials said.

The woman had filed charges claiming Brown refused to give her his license and provided her with fake insurance information before leaving the scene.

Misdemeanor charges of driving without a license were dropped July 23.

The motorist reportedly agreed to the deal because of the negativity she was receiving on social media.

As a result of the charges, a judge revoked Brown’s probation on July 15 stemming from a domestic violence conviction involving ex-girlfriend Rihanna in 2009.
